01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to p3339. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and p3339 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the p3339 website, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform — including the casino, live casino, slots, fish games, sports betting or VIP Club — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of p3339 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on p3339 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p3339 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18, and we reserve the right to request age verification documents at any stage. Accounts found to belong to under-18 users will be closed immediately and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.
• You must be registering and playing for yourself, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period, or account restriction that you have previously requested through our responsible gaming tools.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration. Using false details, fictitious names, or another person's identity to open an account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

p3339 operates as an entertainment platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform complies with any applicable laws in your location. We do not make any representations about the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

03 Your Account

One account per person: Each member is permitted to hold one account on p3339. If you are found to hold more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. p3339 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.

Account verification: We may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address or payment methods at any time. This is a standard part of our member verification process. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account currency: All p3339 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your balance, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and VIP cashback are all displayed and settled in PKR. There is no facility to hold a balance in another currency.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

p3339 processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The available methods displayed in your account at the time of a transaction are the definitive list of currently active options.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once the payment has cleared through the relevant payment network. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. p3339 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing speed varies by VIP tier:

• Bronze and Silver: Standard queue — typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Gold: Same-day processing on business days.
• Platinum: Priority queue — typically within a few hours.
• Diamond: Instant withdrawal processing as standard.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified on your account. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been noted. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for Diamond VIP members; standard and lower-tier accounts may be subject to daily or weekly withdrawal limits as displayed in your account settings.

Bonus funds: Bonus PKR balances are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Full details of wagering requirements are provided at the time each bonus is issued. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance prior to processing.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

p3339 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, VIP cashback and seasonal promotions — including PSL-specific offers during the Pakistan Super League season. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general rules in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

One bonus per member: Welcome bonuses are available once per member, per household and per payment method. If duplicate accounts are used to claim multiple welcome bonuses, all duplicate accounts and associated bonuses will be voided.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) before the bonus becomes withdrawable as real PKR. The applicable wagering requirement and contributing game percentages are stated in each offer's specific terms.

Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your balance. No extensions are granted once a bonus has expired.

p3339 reserves the right to:

• Withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Withhold or reverse bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting using bonus funds, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms in a way not intended by p3339.
• Request that a member forfeit a bonus and associated winnings where the member is found to have breached the applicable promotion terms.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on p3339 are final once confirmed. p3339 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error — please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. The following rules apply across all betting and gaming sections of the platform:

Sports Betting: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the governing body. For cricket — including PSL, T20 international and Test matches — the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable is used for settlement. In the event of a match being abandoned or a result being overturned after settlement, bets will be revised or refunded in line with our sporting rules, which are published in the betting section.

In-play betting: Live in-play markets are updated over by over during cricket matches. Odds fluctuate in real time. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed during in-play, it stands regardless of subsequent score changes. Connectivity issues on your side do not entitle you to cancellation of a confirmed in-play bet.

Casino and Slots: All casino games, slot titles and fish games on p3339 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from our game providers. The RNG ensures that outcomes are statistically random and that neither p3339 nor any member can predict or manipulate game results.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — including server errors, game freezes or disconnections — p3339 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to your PKR balance. No further compensation is payable in connection with a technical malfunction.

Maximum win limits: Individual game providers may apply maximum win caps per spin, per round or per bet. These limits are displayed in the applicable game's information section. p3339 reserves the right to apply a platform-level maximum win limit; where applied, this will be communicated clearly in your account.

07 VIP Club

The p3339 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered members are enrolled at Bronze tier automatically. Tier progression is calculated weekly based on your total PKR wagering activity across all sections of the platform.

VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal processing speed, and access to a personal account manager — are described on the VIP page. These benefits are subject to change; any changes to VIP tier benefits will be communicated to affected members with reasonable advance notice.

Tier maintenance: VIP tiers are reviewed on a regular basis. If your activity falls below the threshold required to maintain your current tier, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review period. You will be notified if a tier change is applied to your account.

Personal account managers: Members at Gold tier and above are assigned a personal account manager. Account managers are available to assist with queries, promotions and account management but cannot override these Terms or waive applicable rules on behalf of p3339.

p3339 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP Club programme at any time. In the event of discontinuation, any accrued and unclaimed cashback will be credited to affected members' PKR balances.

08 Responsible Gaming

p3339 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is entertaining, safe and manageable for all members. We offer the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much PKR you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period. This tool is designed to help you stay aware of the time you spend on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and no promotional communications will be sent during the exclusion period.

We encourage every member to set a clear PKR budget before each session and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. If you feel that your gaming is causing you financial, emotional or personal difficulty, please use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p3339 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, interact with casino games, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members.
• Colluding with other members in any card game, sports betting market or other competitive game format available on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or game glitches to generate winnings that would not ordinarily result from legitimate play. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Using p3339 for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any activity that may violate applicable laws.
• Attempting to access another member's account without their consent.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with p3339 support. Chargebacks made in bad faith will result in account termination and may be pursued through appropriate channels.
• Any form of abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour directed at p3339 staff or other members.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the p3339 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, sound effects and marketing materials — is the property of p3339 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the p3339 platform without our prior written consent.

Game content available through p3339 is provided under licence from third-party game developers. Those games remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are subject to those developers' applicable terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p3339 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, PKR balance, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, even if p3339 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity failures on your side, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the responsible gaming provisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

p3339 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and we make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content displayed on the platform.

12 Termination and Account Closure

Closure by you: You may close your p3339 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled, applicable wagering requirements will be assessed, and any real-money PKR balance remaining will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Closure by p3339: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe that your account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• You have initiated a chargeback against a p3339 transaction in bad faith.
• We are required to do so by a legal obligation or regulatory instruction applicable to us.

Where an account is closed by p3339 due to a breach of these Terms, any PKR balance remaining after deducting voided bonuses and affected winnings may be returned at p3339's sole discretion. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

13 Changes to These Terms

p3339 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify members via email or an in-platform notice. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the p3339 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should close your account before the revised Terms come into effect.
